Proposed: Equal representation, regardless of region population.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The total number of seats in the legislative assembly. Should be between 75 and 750.

Message | We do not support any of the two articles proposed here. We do not believe democracy is enhanced by flodding the country with representatives. It is only a few years ago the representation in the Senate was doubled and further enlargement would only slow down the bureaucracy. Message | As for article 1, it would be unfair to the People in the larger regions. Are they not People too? As for article 2, the DPP likes having an even number in the hundreds because it makes it easier to tell how many votes are needed to pass a bill. |
