MessageWe do not support any of the two articles proposed here. We do not believe democracy is enhanced by flodding the country with representatives. It is only a few years ago the representation in the Senate was doubled and further enlargement would only slow down the bureaucracy.

The OGP is split on the question of equal representation for the provinces.

MessageAs for article 1, it would be unfair to the People in the larger regions. Are they not People too?

As for article 2, the DPP likes having an even number in the hundreds because it makes it easier to tell how many votes are needed to pass a bill.
