WHEREAS, at present there is no regulation on media content WHEREAS, the lack of a regulation allows people to publish or broadcast false and malicious information, which is a threat to the peace and order in the nation WHEREAS, the lack of a regulation also allows people to be influenced by hate speech, which is a threat to the country's unity and morality WHEREAS, this does not aim to get rid of freedom of speech but rather, to make sure that people use this freedom properly |
