Message | We have proposed such proposal in the past (when we created 2 postions: Viceroy and Chief Privy Coucellor). But most parties in the Empire refused it and prefered that only the Viceroy can propse cabinets, in order for the Viceroy to have a significant role, so we prefer to keep the possibility of proposing cabinet given of to the Viceroy. |

Message | We're with the CDNC here: what's the point in choosing a Viceroy if they don't have any power? The only alternative we would consider to the status quo would be for the Viceroy to chair the cabinet again, and any party can propose cabinets, as this gives the Viceroy a veto. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
