| When I last proposed this bill, multiple times by the way, I laid out many reasons from getting help for these people to taking it out of criminals hands to keeping track of the numbers. But, the new best reason I got is RPP it seems pretty permissive to me to let prostitutes do their work which they will do anyway. |
