| The We Say So! Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Second Imperial Republic of Hobrazia, changes outlined below: HoG: No change. Foreign Affairs: No change. Internal Affairs: No change. Finance: Reduction of budget by 500m HCR due to restructuring of department. Defence: No change. Justice: Increase of 1bn HCR in order to provide additional prison places and improve education of inmates. Infrastructure and Transport: Increase of 2bn HCR. 500 million HCR over the next two years (totalling 1bn HCR) will be utilised in the expansion of New Krupskaya International Airport though the construction of a new runway to increase capacity for Internal flights allowing current runway capacity to be utilised more efficiently for International flights. 250 million HCR to be spent over the next two years (totalling 500 million HCR) to provide additional capacity at Astoria City docks. This to be supplemented by additional 500 million HCR by Private Shipping Companies. 1 bn HCR to be spent over the next two years (totalling 2 bn HCR) on upgrade of single track rail lines between Dan Desto, Zarmal and Camaero. Route will be "double tracked" along the full length and provision of hourly semi-fast services to be operated daily between those major interchanges by Provincial. Route will also be used to provide diversions when WMML (West and Midland Mainline) is closed for maintenance. Education and Culture: Increase of 5.5bn HCR. 5bn HCR to be provided for improvements to education. 500million to be provided to improve and update sports facilities, where applicable, for hosting of FIFA World Cup. Money will then be transferred to support cultural services throughout the nation (museums et al). Science and Technology: Increase of 50 million HCR to be provided to State Medical Research Centres. Food and Agriculture: No change. Environment and Tourism: Increase of 600million to further advertise and prepare nation for FIFA World Cup. Trade and Industry: No change. |
