| Message | We have been carrying a deficit for many years in Jelbania. We take partial responsibility for that because a former UCC Finance Minister lowered the luxury tax from 15% to 5%. In order to be more fiscally responsible, an increase in the luxury tax is essential to reducing our deficit. |
