Message | Our reason? 42 month terms will Synchronize Particracy time with real time. That way elections will occur at the same time every week. (6 months per day x 7 = 42 months). It's just a common-sense change really. |

Message | We implore all 'no' voting parties to consider the benefits of having a term that fits in with the real-time week. 6 days not only desynchronizes this but leaves LESS time for debate + voting! Let's get some structure to this! |

Message | Remind us next time to call this an 'administrative convenience' bill. Sigh... |

Random fact: Submitting a bill without any proposals in it will not attract or detract voters. It will not raise your visibility or change your political position. |
Random quote: "A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks." - Thomas Jefferson |
