In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful, The Sultanate shall not permit its elder citizens to suffer poverty at the end of their life. To ensure a basic standard of living, employers must contribute to the Al'Badara Pension Plan each pay period, the monies earned by the ABPP to be invested and paid out as a basic minimum income paid to citizens upon their retirement. |
