Message | I dis agree, if the government offered national industrial investment programs with return incentive, which would slash the cost of living, people would most certainly give back to government. Even besides that, the welfare state was introduced, because the majority of citizens believed it to be necessary, there for if funding was entirely voluntary the majority of citizens would still contribute. National Industry and investment = cheaper living, better jobs = more money in Kirawan pockets = government funding without theft. |
