UAE should build central IT system for purposes of sharing information of births, deaths and other information required by central insitutions in one large database. Digital ID cards will be issues to every citizen older than 15 years of age. This will alow citizens to access all governmental (insurance, unemployment office etc.) services with their digital card from their homes. |

Message | Why, this is a great thing. Patents on software only slows down development of new technology. I also believe that all computers in the Alorian administration should use Open Source, that way we can both save money and promote development. |
