Message | The SEP agree on this bill unless we hear good arguments on the purpose and construction of this test - |

Message | This policy will make it much easier for criminals and extremists of all stripes to make our nation home. We think it best to at least make sure that those seeking nationality really do wish to be positive members of our society rather than troublemakers seeking safety within our borders. This test would be like any other - proof of knowledge about Kazulia that shows interest in being an active and good citizen of our great nation. |

Message | I doubt that a bureaucratic test can screen out criminals, it is more efficient to do that through cooperating with other countries. |

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election. |
