Old value:: The government subsidizes higher education tuition to a certain amount, the rest is covered by the individual students. This includes scholarship programs.
Current: The government introduces means tested loans for higher education tuition, to be paid back by students after earnings reach a certain amount.
Proposed: The government fully subsidizes tuition.

Message | We disagree. The way the law stands now, more students are allowed to get education, as the government funds available are supported by private money. Narrowing it down to only allow government money to pay for schools will limit the number of students who will be able to go to school. |

Message | The MP is wrong, the suggestion means that everyone will have the possibility regardless of tuition fees. That iis not the case with current system where certain schools (the most expensive with the high salary teachers)in practise only is open for those that can pay the marginal above the subsidy. No lets make abiliity and talent decide instead of parent's fortune. |
