Message | To break things down; 1 & 2: The SA have made our fears about population growth clear, and will happly support these measures. 3 & 4: To br quite frank, the SA does not hold a stong oppinion either way on this issue. In the long term we would seek to make such reforms unnecessary, however we will not opject to there inclusion in the bill. 5: On the whole the SA does not support governemnt involvment in areas such as this, however should the rest of the reform porrove favorable we might be willing to concede this point. 6 & 7: We will move to block any bill containing ant reforms moving the country in the direction suggested by these measueres. The governemnt sbuisness is the health of the country, not the health of the people. Not to mention to shocking econoomic remefications such reforms would bring about in the preasant economic situation. |

Message | Under no circumstances can the SA support article 1, and the shear volume of what we deam to be nagative legislation is to great for us to consider the rest of the bill as a whole. |
