| The time has come to support our old allies in Deltaria by offering this declaration of support to the legitimate government in its fight against a Jelbanian-backed insurgency. With this declaration I ask the Holy Imperial Diet for authority to send a force to Deltaria in the name of humanitarian peacekeeping. In the longer term I plan for this force to remain in Deltaria to establish, with the legitimate government's permission, a Holy Imperial Naval Base there to support operations in New Jerusalem or, in the longer term, to replace New Jerusalem as a means for force projection in the continent of Majatra. |
