Capital Punishment (Death Penalty) is nullified and forbidden to use in UAE. Serious crimes will be punished by lifetime prison instead. This bill further on requires criminals to work for minimal wage in prisons when sentenced to lifetime jail. |

Message | i think that paying criminals to wok will increase taxes as well as food costs and shelter for these people. so do we want to waste as much money and possible more rehabilitate a criminal, or should we kill them for the same crime. i think the death penelty should stay as it is a good deterent of capital crimes. |
