Voting deadline: May 2498

Description[?]:

This bill proposes to reduce restrictions on religious worship in Sekowo: Individuals have a right to worship as they choose.

By reducing the onerousness of our missionary-screening practices, we free up government funds and resources which we can then allocate elsewhere. Erstwhile, the citizens of Sekowo will have more religious freedom.

MessageNo and no.

We cannot allow extremists into our country under the guise of missionaries.

Beyond that Sekowo is a secular country, and as public officials work for the government, they must remain secular while performing there tasks. Also, they are not permitted from wearing a small cross necklace or something like that, they are prevented from wearing say large Star of David necklaces, Islamic head scarfs or clothing stating one religions is better or th 'true religion'.

MessageGoverment officals with any religious symbols strongly go not only against the majority of the legislature but being secular is currently the strongest majority opinion in Sekowo.

While we could perhaps go for the first article, we shall never stand for the second.
