Message | Agreed and Disagreed, we believe that the weapons should not fall into the wrong hands, such as terrorists, gangs, etc. But the weapons trade is an extremely lucrative business once it starts to flourish, particularly when a war starts, then it becomes an excellent money pool for additional funds to service Hutori. |

Message | The Absolute Capitalism Party demonstrates the pernicious nature of capitalism in general. Profiting out of the destruction that war brings. |

Message | Every country has the right to defend themselves and to assault other countries, we merely wish to service the right customers. Military supplyer nations often grow rich, for in a large war that weakens all opposing countries, they need top rebuild their militaries, providing additional funds to expand our infrastructure. |

Message | Hutori has had a long tradition of passivism and military neutrality. If we were to ever trade weapons during a conflict this would be a breach of that neutrality, favouritism that could eventually lead to direct military conflict. Our arms industry is hardly spectacular besides, the profits not great. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
