Message | Why? You have to register a gold fish? This is silly. Registering animals such as dogs with the breeders, fine, or even dangerous breeds such as the semi-wild cats. But all? |

Message | Goldfish aren't domesticated. This is for the registration of cats and dogs primarily, both of which can have a detrimental effect on Hutori native wildlife. |

Message | We agree with the entire bill, with the exception of Article II, shouldn't special attention be given to breeding and raising endangered animals first, to make sure they get off the endangered list, before we allow them to be kept as pets? |

Message | What we are considering is that the government regulations for Article II will include that owners participate in endangered pet breeding programs, hoping that with a larger pool of available owners in addition to those already protected in zoos, we will be able to protect and breed more animals as a whole. It will be quite intensive regulation on the keeping of endangered animals, but we hope to benefit them in the future. |

Message | We do not have any serious objection to the bill, however it does bring up a lot of beaucracy. We will vote with our coalition partner. |
