Bill: Compensation.
Details
Submitted by[?]: Alorian Socialist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2104
Description[?]:
It has been expressed in earlier debate that a compensation culture may arrise from unlimited medial litigation and that this could hit doctors hard. After analysis we propose a solution to limit the potential damage this might cause, namely by limiting the ammount payable to just the medical expenses and legal fees, that way people cannot be greedy and claim more than they are due. Do I have the support of the house? |

Message | What about the people who no longer have breasts, or a penis, or arms, or legs because a doctor messed up? Do you not think that they should be compensated for more than just what's necessary to cover the legal and medical costs? |
