Bill: Strikes
Details
Submitted by[?]: Irish Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 2500
Description[?]:
Employees should not be scared to go on strike. Strikes mean no pay. Strikes need to be approved by trade unions with a majority vote. Allowing people to go on strike without the fear of being fired does NOT mean that these employees will go on strike for stupid reasons, for the reasons I have stated. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Employer's rights in regards to firing striking workers.
Old value:: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Current: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Proposed: Employers cannot fire workers who have gone on strike.
