Message¿uh?, I made the calcs like this:

APFP = 99 seats
Brian = 45 seats
ISUP = 38 seats
DLP = 28 seats
Pasok = 19 seats
EP = 10 seats
Total of Alliance: 239 of 401 (59,6%). That means the majority of senate seats.
Now in percentage (100% = 239)

APFP = 41,4%
Brian = 18,8%
ISUP = 15,9%
DLP = 11,7%
PASOK = 7,9%
EP = 4,3%
Tot = 100%

The cabinet divides between 13 ministers.
According to the percentages I gave, there should be like this:

APFP= 5,4
Brian = 2,4
ISUP = 2,1
DLP = 1,5
Pasok = 1,0
EP = 0,6

To look in plain numbers:
APFP = 5
Brian = 2
ISUP = 2
DLP = 2
Pasok = 1
EP = 1

I'm giving up 2 ministeries, 1 to brian and 1 to pasok,
so the final propose it's like this:

APFP = 3
Brian = 3
ISUP = 2
DLP = 2
Pasok = 2
EP = 1

MessageActually, this does not check if the voter did vote or not, but just witch party they preferred.
Ran another poll... giving me 39,065,417 voters with 21.6% fanatical militarist giving me 675050

MessageOne thing it's what the pool said... but if you see in the official results of the election (in your party or in the egelion report) your votes are 32,423,188.

And I think that's the value the Rildanor Accord uses... as it says:

* Party fanatical militarist faction% (poll) * Votes for party in last election / 12.5

Note the "Votes for party in last election".

However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map.
