| We are the First Aldurian Empire and it is our duty to help those that are less forunate. It should be our honor to take in refugess that want to live in our glorious nation. Also it should be our duty to send aid to a country that is less forunate so that we show how kind and great our Empire is. Let us ahow all of Terra how magnificent our Emperor and his Empire is. |

Current: The government supplies "tied" aid to poorer nations in return for trading rights.
Proposed: The government gives moderate aid to countries in need.

Old value:: Only refugees that are victims of extreme circumstances are welcome; no aid is given to them.
Current: No refugees are allowed to enter the country.

| Message | I forgot to mention that this is part of my plan to make it manditory for all those that are not nations but reufgess and others that wish to become nations that they must serve in the military for 10 years in order to become a citizen. Just like the Roman Empire. so what better way to attract basicly free recuits than open borders to refugees. |
