| Message | Or restaurants that we may not see with unsanitary practices behind the scenes? Ever eat in a foreign country at a some random street vendor? I had some of the BEST tasting noodle soup in Southeast Asia one summer on the streets (the mainstream food in the high end/safe looking establishments were soooo bland!), but then regretted the whole deal with an hour-stay at Hotel du Toilette. Not fun. Standards of safety are indeed necessary. |
