| In order to insure that it is the people of this country that decide the future of this nation and that their freedom of speech, thought and manifestation are respected, we propose the following law. |

Old value:: Adult individuals may not own firearms unless professionally required.
Current: Adult individuals may own guns under strict license conditions.
Proposed: Adult individuals are allowed to own and purchase guns freely.
Article 2

Old value:: The Head of State oversees the appointment of all mayors.
Current: Citizens elect their mayor directly in a local election.
Proposed: Citizens elect their mayor directly in a local election.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change Weapons allowed to private citizens.
Old value:: Only certain types of weapons may be owned by the general public, and there are further restrictions on places where they may be carried.
