Message | A Couple of reasons Article 1 - is home school effectively not private schooling and is that not banned, it seems a bit of a loophole for private schools they could just set up a business renting teachers as it were Article 2 - a lot of current economics regulation does involve seperation of sales to adults and children so identity constantly would make it easier to enforce Article 3 - again to do with control, if a licsence must be aquired then the business must perform to a certain standard and therefor that industry is safer Article 4 - to be fair only capitalists like capitalists lol |
