| Message | Subliminal messaging is a pseudo-scientific, baseless idea. If you can convince me of an other reason we need this, then I am open to changing this law, but as it stands, we are against any regulation of speech, and this arguement is a weak one. |

| Message | Subliminal messages doesn't seem to be the main problem here. Now, there's definitely something to be said about ads being put together in a way that either subtly or blatantly puts forth sexist, racist, or over-consumerist ideas, but I don't think that would be called subliminal messaging. |
