| The nation of Pontesi is dangerously close to civil war. Leftist insurgents threaten to attempt to take on the popularly elected government. As you know, Pontesi is close to our noble and ancient ally, the Selucian Empire, and as such a crisis in Pontesi could threaten stability all across Northen Majatra. Selucia has dispatched forces to help the government. We propose to send 2 brigade's as part of the Selucian detatchment to assist them in suppressing the rebels. Selucia has always helped us in our hours of need, it is time to repay the favour. The Defence Minister will oversee the operation, and liase with the Selucians and Pontesians. |

Not only is it combatting the spread of Bolshevism, perhaps the greatest threat to peace and stability on Terra, but it is providing a valuable service to our Selucian allies. Perhaps visiting some of the Selucian burial grounds located upon Dorvish soil would give you some impression of the sacrifices our noble ally has made for us in the past (most notably the war with Rutania and the Kirlawan Border War). To speak of this as 'a GDP crusade' is ignorant nonsense - this is a crusade for Dorvik. Get past your petty party politics, and think of the national interest. |

The TNP has displayed time and time again it is bogged down in pathetic party politics, maintaining a grudge against the GDP because we have usurped your position and kicked you out of our coalition, and trying to claw back your position as the largest party in Dorvik. GDP politicians fight to make Dorvik a better place. TNP politicians fight to make a better salary and secure a pension. |
