Bill: Extradition Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Luthori Green Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2104

This bill, if passed, will limit the government's ability to negotiate extradition treaties, so as to protect any person facing extradition from being tortured or executed after extradition. Current: The law bars the government from extraditing anyone who is a citizen of the state.

Message | I am not sure what to vote. I am certainly not for the cruel or inhuman treatment of suspects and convicts, but I am for capital punishment in certain case(I.E. someone burns down a school full of children, then goes on a shooting rampage, and then bombs a bus), but petty crimes in no way deserve death. I guess I'll have to support this bill. |
