Description[?]:

Duke Matthus speech to the Imperial Senate.

"My fellow senators, nobles, politicians, and Aldurians, we have been fighting over the government ever since the departure of our late beloved Emperor John Stuart. We thought we were making progress we finally got Emperor Philippe on the Imperial Throne, but there has been nothing but fighting, cheating, and seditious acts against the government since then. This is why I am calling for a separation of powers so that we may both in a way get our different political views done. The head of government and the Emperor should rule together in separate departments. The Emperor for now can be elected, but as it is stated in our Imperial laws the nominee has to be blood related to the House of Stuart and considering the RP/WF are the only ones then that means they are the only choice. Our current Chancellor and good friend of mine Danan Villyan has served this Empire for many years, and was even Emperor of it for a while. Yet maybe it is time that he step down and allow those of the younger and newer generations to take control and lead this Empire, but that is for the people who vote to decided. The point is my fellow Aldurians is that we need to end this fighting we have proposed a bill that would better organize our Government and would allow us to stop corruption from happening as in the case of the CTA. Even so we have our different ways of wanting to run the country and want our way to be the only way. So by doing this those that want elections get them and those that want the emperor on the throne get almost what they want. Maybe some day when thing have calmed down we can come to an even better agreement and get a ceremonial Emperor on the Throne. Weather this happens in my lifetime or not I do not know, but what I do know is that I am tired of seeing my fellow Aldurians argue and fight amongst themselves. We are all citizens of the First Aldurian Empire. We are all members of the Senate. All under the protection of the Emperor and his Imperial Army. So why I ask why can't we just come together again and work as a team to pull through this and bring on this Golden age that the people have been waiting for in suffering and in pain. I thank you all for listening and I hope that you all put aside your differences for the common good. For the Senate. For the Emperor. For the People. For the First Aldurian Empire!"

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
