For example, there are Christian fundamentalists who believe Hinduism to be a cult, and atheists who believe Christianity to be a cult, and capitalists who believe Marxism to be a cult, etc. You are using a term so imprecise that it could apply to any group, which is why a law of this nature is dangerous.
