Message | Because we are the government and we are supposed to care for our citizens. Hence ya know medical care etc we dont just say pay taxes every year and leave them be now do we. This may be risky but think of it itll eliminate the weakest and then those who are weak enough to fall to addiction can be singled out from the rest eventually. |
