Message | We feel this bill doesn't go far enough, and that, if anything, foreign regimes should be stabilised rather than permitting a mass exodus, but are willing to support it as a step on the road. |
Date | 23:08:01, December 28, 2007 CET | From | Free Liberals Party | To | Debating the Welfare Reform (Emergency Immigration) Act |
Message | The Liberal Party certainly believes this bill goes the distance. If an individual or a group of people, finding it in their own self-interests to escape any danger or emergency in another country, should be able to enter this country without hindrance. Abolishing integration aid sends a clear message to any immigrants of emergencies that even though they are allowed into and welcome to Dolgaria, they will not be able to use government funds to support them and that they will have to find their own means of support or a charitable organization who will assist them. |
