MessageWith a greater number of members, more parties and more constituencies will be able to be represented. Furthermore, the mathematics of 599 members works out quite easily -- 300 votes to pass a normal proposal, 400 to pass a treaty or Constitutional amendment. The number had been set to 599 for some time before being changed recently to 299, then to 400.

MessageIt really does not bother me to expand it more. Though I do not see why we need to expand it again so soon.

MessageBasically, this expands it back to where it was before it was changed to 299.

Random fact: Moderation reserves the discretion to declare RP laws invalid if the players supporting them are doing so in an excessively confrontational way.

Random quote: "The two greatest obstacles to democracy in the United States are, first, the widespread delusion among the poor that we have a democracy, and second, the chronic terror among the rich, lest we get it." - Edward Dowling
