Message | No, I reach for the mute button on the remote immediately. I have developed the reflexes to instantly turn the sound off the moment an advert comes on. So really this bill is unnecessary if everyone is like me. I would like to add, that advertising is how companies get knowledge of their product out. The aim isn't to make you run out and buy it immediately, it's to make you aware of the company and their product so that if you're ever in the market for a fondue set or whatever, you'll give theirs ago and see if you like it. Prohibit advertising, and you make our countries economy only a few million times worse than it already is. Which is terrible, at the moment. |

Message | Classic Liberals, it seems to me that there not working anyway. People still commit these offences. If people are like the TCP no-one will listen to it anyway? And TCP if everyone is like you, then they are useless and this bill would save companys money wasted on advertising campaigns. By the way, I prefer moraly decent to commie. |

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections. |
Random quote: "The 20th century has been characterised by three developments of great political importance: the growth of democracy, the growth of corporate power; and the growth of corporate propaganda against democracy." - Alex Carey |
