| This bill Objective is to promote civil values in the population by imposing a civil service for all adults whit their schooling finished this will help produce better citizens on wich Baltusia can rely aditionally by making kids sing the national anthem in schools we promote the national values since young age. scientific research tells us that singing the anthem does not require more than 10 minutes a day |
