MessageThere are so many many problems with testing. Some kids are good at tests, some aren't. You are judging a kid by one day whereby if they are sick or something, you only get that snapshot. Some schools will train the kids to take the test thereby skewing results and taking time away from subject matter. Test scores will be used to judge schools very quickly even though some schools have good years and some have bad years. The cost to test is expensive. There are so many more reasons.

MessageWhat do you then suggest to realistically access the progress of a child's education and the quality of schools?
