Recent events have proven the folly of disarming ourselves when surrounded by those who are not. Therefore, we must reestablish all forms of military protection as soon as possible. In regards to that, the people must have the ability to defend themselves. |

Old value:: Local governments may set and enforce concealed carry laws.
Current: People must first obtain a permit in order to carry concealed weapons.
Proposed: Any legal weapon may be concealed when carried.

Old value:: Individuals are not permitted to own firearms under any circumstances.
Current: Individuals are allowed to own firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.
