The Parliament hereby declares the intention of funding a small tv and radio channel to be used by all the parties who have at least 1 seat in the parliament. The news will be delivered by an indipendent cooperative set up by a multipartisan commitee and the government shall not intervene in any way in the organization or decision of the tv. The director of the station shall be in charge of giving everybody the equal amount of time for speeches as well as equal coverage to all the parties. "National Quanzari Media" is the proposed name |
