1: Key word is the 'right' to it does not mean it will it just means it can should a leader appear that trys to pull a quick one over the governments eyes.

2: If the government regulates advertising, Why is religious advertising allowed to go free willy on the country

3: If we prohibit gated comunities What is a religious school... why should we be alowed to gate religions.

4: No Religious schools no prayers in religious schools only. a prayer can only be said in light of one religion so that religion has beem gated :)
