| In response to the genocide that is being launched by the secessionists in Padrilka and the necessity to restore order we propose the following; ARTICLE I: The self proclaimed "Republic of Padrilka" shall be declared illegal, and listed as a terrorist organisation. All those found to be acting in support of the "Republic of Padrilka" shall be designated as terrorists or terrorist sympathisers. ARTICLE II: The army shall be authorised to take any necessary measures to destory the aformentioned "Republic of Padrilka" and restore Beiteynuese sovereignty over the whole of the Mehoz. -- Rosh HaMemshala Elyah Eliashiv -- Yosef Zlato, Minister of Internal Affairs -- Rosh HaMate HaKlali Tzvi Ben-Tzvi |
