| If you are not aware of what Varisec is: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=165851 1) Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Dranian Imperium, the drug known as Varisec, developed by the Estasi Corporation, shall be approved by the Dranian Drug Administration (DDA) for distribution through psychiatric institutions for extreme cases of any of the following illnesses, at the discretion of a psychiatrist holding a valid doctorate's in psychiatry and a medical degree: a) Clinical depression/suicidal tendencies b) Prolonged Apathy Disorder (PAD) c) Acute Apathy Disorder (AAD) d) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) e) Acute Terminal Insomnia (ATI) f) Mid-Life Crisis Disorder (MLCD) g) Extreme Inferiority Complex (EIC) 2) The patient must consent to the prescription before-hand, and must have been informed by his/her psychiatrist all information known about the drug Varisec before this decision may be legally made. |

| Message | In fact, although it's not reported as much as when children or women go missing, males over the age of 30 make up the largest group of missing people. Extreme stress combined with a mid-life crisis causes some sort of psychological trigger that actually makes people assume a completely new personality and persona, and just drive off. In more extreme cases, these people don't come back for years, and they can't remember the may years they were gone. And when they are gone, they can't remember their original past (their mind makes something up). [OOC] No joke. This actually happens in real life. |
