Bill: Medical Regulation Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: National Conservative Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2511

Description[?]:

The Conservatives believe the justice system has enough burden on it's shoulder than to manage malpractice suits against Doctors.
Dr Whoen Van Howzen of the Beluzian and Bailon Medical Protection Association has approached the Conservatives to move and support legislation to allow an independant regulatory body to manage such malpractice suits. Our plan involves a commitee of medical professionals that will handle complaints and investigate - if they believe the complaint is necessary, this committee shall proceed with prosecution.
Dr Whoen Van Howzen has stated on many occasions the justice system has got it wrong in prosecuting Doctors and that their lack of medical knowledge fails to protect society as a whole.
We urge members of this place to consider this move.

Thank you
