2. Diplomatic relations with Deltaria are formally broken. Lodamun may not send ambassadors to Deltaria, and credentials of Deltarian ambassadors will not be accepted.
3. Lodamese citizens may not visit Deltaria. Violators will have their passports revoked among other possible legal actions. Deltarians entering Lodamun must complete a more in-depth security screening than visitors from other nations.

MessageA conference is planned in Deltárska Federácia. During the last conference - the so-called "Conference for Change" - our Foreign Minister, Karen Taylor, was abducted and tortured. Negotiations only secured her release after Lodamun under then Defense Minister Elisa Lalo assembled an international coalition threatening a naval blockade. (This crisis prompted massive increases in defense spending still in effect today and adoption of a "strong navy policy" modernizing and expanding the Lodamese fleet.) In light of this crisis, Lodamun expelled Deltarian diplomats http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=145954 , banned all trade with Deltaria http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=146497 , and Minister Taylor banned all travel to Deltaria under her assumed powers as Foreign Minister (has never been challenged.)

I think it's clear that Lodamun should NOT send a representitive to this conference, but I seek comments from other parties on this issue, our current diplomatic relations with Deltaria, our military funding and stance, or any other related issue.
