Bill: PSFVP Pollution Standards Bill

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 2512

When so many of Sekowo's citizens are poor, why are we allowing such restrictive pollution controls on things like factorys, which can provide vital employment for our citizens. Another case of foolishly puting the environment ahead of the people!

MessageCompanie's will still be responsible. The social incentive, as well as the good buisness incentive, will meaan that no buisness will want to be seen as a heavy polluter, since it will be bad for buisness.

In general, all this bill does is make things less restrictive. The wording of the current law says "highly restrictive". We do not think that buisness' that are already likely not to pollute should have their buisness damaged by highly restrictive regulations.
