Message | Companie's will still be responsible. The social incentive, as well as the good buisness incentive, will meaan that no buisness will want to be seen as a heavy polluter, since it will be bad for buisness. In general, all this bill does is make things less restrictive. The wording of the current law says "highly restrictive". We do not think that buisness' that are already likely not to pollute should have their buisness damaged by highly restrictive regulations. |
