MessageSpear throwing has history behind it - it has been our national sport for hundreds of years. We can't just throw such ingrained tradition for no reason.

MessageIndeed.. I only defended the current national sport as having not only a historical aspect, but also has great sportive merits, being a olympic sport and all. Javelin throwing is just another word for spear throwing, although "javelin" might be a word non-native-english speakers probably won't understand. Because of this we'ld like to stick to the current naming.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
