Date | 17:18:49, January 06, 2008 CET | From | Christian Democrat Party | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | We are amenable to the withdrawal of #2 and #3 if other parties wish it. |
Date | 19:28:54, January 06, 2008 CET | From | Royalistische Partei (IA) | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | "An Act to rectify laws that are stupid." Ahh, such poetry. I see that we can expect some very eloquent speeches in the future from the Christian Democrat Party. On the matter of the bill proposed, the RP cannot and will not support this bill. It is ridiculous to say the least. |
Date | 19:36:57, January 06, 2008 CET | From | Christian Democrat Party | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | Brevity is the soul of wit. This party does not deem the laws intended to be reformed worthy of the dignity of being refuted in detail. No smoking allowed outdoors? I mean, honestly. That said, #1 is also up for withdrawal if it will gain any support. |
Date | 20:01:01, January 06, 2008 CET | From | Royalistische Partei (IA) | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | 2 and 3 Are the only proposals the RP is willing to support, and they are the only ones you are willing to let go of. |
Date | 20:24:44, January 06, 2008 CET | From | Aldurian Green Party | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | The AGP could support this if #5 was changed to be left to local governments. |
Date | 20:36:30, January 06, 2008 CET | From | Christian Democrat Party | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | Done. The CDP would like to point out to the esteemed members of the Imperial Senate that only three other nations completely ban crossdressing. Change is necessary, and if it comes at the local level, that is fine with the CDP. |
Date | 20:50:32, January 06, 2008 CET | From | Parti Imperial du Peuple (IA) | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | We have to say no leaving things to local governments means that it will not be the same throughout the Empire. Which means it will not be fair and thus we have to say no. |
Date | 01:02:19, January 07, 2008 CET | From | New Freedom Party (IA) | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | #1, #4, and #7 need to change. |
Date | 19:23:30, January 07, 2008 CET | From | Christian Democrat Party | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | In which direction does #4 need to change? It is very odd that right now, those born in Alduria are not considered true Aldurians. In fact, only three other nations share this policy. Do you wish for the policy to be even less restrictive than the current proposal? |
Date | 20:20:38, January 07, 2008 CET | From | Parti Imperial du Peuple (IA) | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | We have further study this bill and believe that other than the firer prevention that this is an okay bill. Yet because of the fire prevention we have to keep saying no to this bill. Duke Matthus Finus |
Date | 22:10:37, January 07, 2008 CET | From | New Freedom Party (IA) | To | Debating the Common Sense in Government Bill |
Message | The wording of #4 leaves it open to allow anchor babies to become citizens. It should be changed to nationals and naturalized immigrants. |
