Bill: Opposition Cabinet Proposal of May 2513

Details

Submitted by[?]: Social Capitalist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2514

Description[?]:

Proposing a Cabinet for a free market leaning Hobrazia.

The five parties hold 217 seats in the Imperial Chamber. Representation has been proportioned according to seat share of the total seats the coalition holds.

We hope this is fair for the five parties involved as currently the three party coalition does not have a majority and we are a majority opposition.

MessageWhat about creating the grounds on which you should have a coallition before handing out posts?

This way you'll risk putting someone in positions while they rather wanted something else.

We also believe that this coallition will have difficulties in agreeing common ground as they are to different.

But good luck.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.

Random quote: "Erotic politicians, that's what we are. We're interested in anything about revolt, disorder, chaos and activity that appears to have no meaning." Jim Morrison
