Details

Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2514

Description[?]:

As it stands we have nine official languages, some of which are spoken by less than 1% of the population, therefore we really don't need so many.

However since we have more than one culture and more than one widely spoken language.

Therefore we propose the following changes to the official languages;

-Current: Davostana, English, French, Gao-Showa, Greek, Latin, Modern Sekowan, Tsekwon, Pailesian.
-Proposed: English, French, Gao-Showa, Modern Sekowan, Pailesian.

MessageTsekwon is a dead lagnuage spoken by less than a thousand people purely acedemically.
Greek is spoken by les than 2% of the population, and Latin by less than 1%.

There's no reason we need to keep these three as official languages.
