| Act to Protect Our Soldiers and Meritocracy of 2513 This Senate resolves: 1) That the men and women of our armed forces shall never be placed in direct harm for any arbitrary or objective purpose nor to meet questionable political ends, 2) That the men and women of our armed forces, if placed into a conflict zone, be provided full knowledge and training as to their survival in the situation, 3) That a situation of armed conflict shall be observed and analyzed by experienced members of the military and appropriate measures taken to success in the conflict before troops are placed there, 4) As the armed forces provide a means for proper education and training and can provide a potent force for meritocracy, citizens of Kanjor of any background, class or gender are expected to be called on to serve equally and be instilled with the principles of brotherhood which are so necessary to the survival of all soldiers in combat situations. For this to be Accomplished: One measure, unfortunately, will need to be to allow conscription of both men and women in a time of war, regardless of social and political standing, so that the government will only enter into a conflict if and only if it is absolutely necessary for defense as children from all communities, including those of the people in power, will be required to fight the war alongside every other young citizen of Kanjor. |

Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.
