Either with consent from the patient and the treating doctor, or with consent from the patient and a court order, we don't care. But not these kind of half-arsed approach.. It should be cristal clear on what regulations and procedures should be followed to commit euthanasia. Otherwise people could be "euthanised" against their will; Disguising a murder as euthanasia (eg by greedy inheritors, psycho physicians) would mean the murderer walks free. |
