Message | A person's most inviolable right is that of their right to life - that person, and only that person, has the right to decide over any matters about their life. Why should the state intrude into that? |

Message | We'll support though we think it should be considered murder. |

Message | Opposed. The current law is as far as it goes for us. Euthanasia should be allowed. Either with consent from the patient and the treating doctor, or with consent from the patient and a court order, we don't care. But not these kind of half-arsed approach.. It should be cristal clear on what regulations and procedures should be followed to commit euthanasia. Otherwise people could be "euthanised" against their will; Disguising a murder as euthanasia (eg by greedy inheritors, psycho physicians) would mean the murderer walks free. |

Message | No, actually as you should see, it makes it illegal |
Date | 22:48:20, January 10, 2008 CET | From | Greenish Liberal Democratic Socialists | To | Debating the Euthanasia Prohibition |
Message | No, it opens the way to uncontrolled euthanasia and possible hidden murders. We prefer to allow euthanasia, but in a clean and regulated way, requiring counseling/permission by physicians/courts. People have the right to die in a dignified manner. |
